The Puppy described above is being adopted at the price of $_______________.
The conditions of the Contract are as follows
1. Both the Adopter and The Caregiver acknowledge that no representation, either verbal or implied or has been made in reguard to the above puppies future size or color.
2. Caregiver advise's that this animal has been taken care of the the best of our ability during the time that we have had the animal in our possesion. Normally, nothing is known about the animal in any way except during the short time we have the animal in our custody. Adopter warrants that He/She will not sell this animal to any pet store. Adopter warrants that this puppy will not be used a a guard dog for any business. Adopter warrants that this dog will not be used for dog fighting.
If the Animal is harmed in any way as in being dropped-mistreated, or injured after leaving with the animal, we are not responsible in any way. Please note animals will cry until they get adjusted to their new home, remember that they may have behavorial problems. Most of the time the animal in question has had a very hard life, no food, water or love. This is something that you and your Vet. Need to address in a one on one conversation. We do not give advice on said animals in any way, nor are we a Vet. Consult your Vet. Asap.
Remember Adopter that we urge you to have a licensed Vet. Check this animal ASAP. This animal cannot be returned to us in any way. Once it has left our property, it is yours. we are not responsible for any Vet. Bill incurred by you in any way. We are not responsible for any doctor bill incurred by you in relation to this animal in any way.
This contract is made and signed by both parties to assure the well being and protection of this puppy.
No part of this contract is Transferable.
All down adoption fees are non-refundable.
We normally will only accept dog food and donations for said adopted animals. For adopted animals, WE do not like to take money.
If you are making a donation, that is different and well welcomed.
