The Puppy described above is being purchased at the price of $_______________

The conditions of the sale are as follows
1. Both the Buyer and The Seller acknowledge that no representation, either verbal or implied or has been made in reguard to the above puppies future size or color.
2. Seller warrants to the best of their ability that said puppy is sound and free from disease a tthe time of sale. Thy Buyer must take their puppy within 36 hours of purchase, at the their own expense, to a veterinarian of their own choice. After the time frame mentioned the puppy is sold as is.
3. Buyer warrants that He/She will not sell this puppy to any pet store. Buyer warrants that this puppy will not be used a guard dog for any business. Buyer warrants that this dog will not be used for dog fighting.
If the puppy is harmed in any way as in being dropped-mistreated, or injured after leaving with the puppy, full purchase prise is forfeited. Please note puppies will cry until they get adjusted to their new home, remember they ar babies also.
Remember buyer has 3 days to have the puppy checked by a licensed Vet. If puppy is returned for any reason other than a health flaw, full purchase price is forfeited. Verification from a Licensed Vet. has to be presented and remember, we are not responsible for any Vet. Bill incurred by you in any way.
This contract is made and signed by both parties to assure the well being and protection of this puppy.
No part of this contract is Transferable.
All down payments/Deposits, are non-refundable as we are placing the dog in question out of the market for the time that you have paid down on your new puppy. If you reneg on the puppy, your down payment is lost and considered boarding fees for that time period.
